Terms and Conditions
Earn 4x Aeroplan® points and get up to 30% off base rates on your next rental with Avis or Budget.
- Offer Period runs from July 8, 2024 (12:00 EST) to July 17th, 2024 (23:59 PST).
- Bonus Aeroplan points offer valid on a qualifying rental at participating Avis and/or Budget locations in Canada and the U.S.
- Members will receive 4 bonus Aeroplan points per dollar (CAD) spent on base time and mileage with a qualifying rental.
- A qualifying vehicle rental is defined as one Avis and/or Budget vehicle rental per day, per city, for all consecutive days a vehicle is rented - whether or not the rental is renewed during those consecutive days.
- Avis Preferred members must mention a valid Aeroplan number at the time of reservation or at the time of rental to receive points. Budget Fastbreak members must mention a valid Aeroplan number at the time of reservation or at the time of rental to receive points. All other rentals require the mention of a valid Aeroplan number at the time of rental to receive Aeroplan points.
- Aeroplan points may not be earned on free, tour or certain travel industry & AWD/BCD rates and may only be earned on one frequent travel program per rental.
- Bonus Aeroplan points may take up to 4 to 6 weeks after the Offer Period endss to be credited. Offer cannot be transferred, sold and we reserve the right to change terms any time at our sole discretion.
- The savings of up to 30% applies* to Avis and Budget base rates and is applicable only to the time and mileage charges of the rental, at participating locations, in Canada or the US. Offer does not apply to car group X or prepaid rates.
- AWD C682300 must be used to take advantage of the savings of up to 30% off Avis base rates.
- Coupon MCAA003 – must be used to take advantage of the Avis bonus points.
- BCD A258200 must be used to take advantage of the savings of up to 30% off Budget base rates.
- Coupon MCAZ007- must be used to take advantage of the Budget bonus points.
- All taxes, fees (including but not to limited Air Conditioning Excise Recovery Fee, Concession Recovery Fee, Vehicle License Recovery Fee, Energy Recovery Fee, Tire Management Fee, and Frequent Travel Program Fee) and surcharges (including but not limited to Customer Facility Charge and Environmental Fee Recovery Charge) apply.
- Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other AWD and/or BCD number, promotion or offer. Weekly rates require a minimum five day rental period. Weekend rate available Thursday noon; car must be returned by Monday 11:59 p.m., or higher rate will apply. A Saturday night keep and an advance reservation may be required.
- Offers subject to vehicle availability at the time of rental and may not be available on some rates at some times, including some online rates at Avis.ca, Avis.com, Budget.ca and Budget.com.

- Holiday and other blackout periods may apply.
- Renter must meet Avis and/or Budget (as applicable) age, driver and credit requirements. Minimum age may vary by location. An additional daily surcharge may apply for renters under 25 years old.
